Hello, I am so glad you stopped by! My therapy style is person-centered with the belief that everyone is doing their best. I have experience identifying & treating PTSD, trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and relationship conflict. It’s a priority to me that clients feel comfortable in sessions while we work to challenge negative thoughts and core beliefs that lead to destructive feelings and behaviors.
