I have been working with and holding space for adolescent and adult clients since 2011 while they work to heal from any number of experiences. I specialize in substance abuse, depression, anxiety, boundary setting, trauma and grief. I have special experience working directly with the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as military veterans and their families. In terms of substance abuse recovery, I believe that while recovery is possible for everyone there is no one path to recovery that is right for everyone. I have worked with people while they navigate the 12 Steps, medication assisted therapy or just explore what recovery means to them.
