Hi, I'm Amanda and as a counselor I am passionate about exploring the past to understand how it is impacting the present and informing the future. I enjoy working with people to develop the necessary skills to handle day to day stress, anxiety, depression, trauma and more. I see clients that are 13 years old and up. One thing that I find in common with most of my clients is the desire to be heard, seen, and appreciated. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable to come as you are so that you may learn, heal, and grow into the person you want to be.
