I specialize in working with clients who have experienced Loss, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Relationship Conflicts, ADHD in addition to others. I work with these clients to build on their coping skills to guide them in reaching their goals. I assist clients in building awareness of their symptoms as well as increasing coping skills to manage and ultimately reduce their intrusive symptoms and return to their previous functioning or create a new healthy lifestyle.
