Grounded in person-centered and humanistic modalities—including somatic awareness and mindfulness—my approach encourages individuals to explore their inner world at their own pace and without judgment, supporting clients reconnecting with their inner strength, nurturing self-compassion, and cultivating meaningful, lasting emotional growth.
