Welcome! I am an experienced counselor 15 years in practice and work with clients ranging in age and presenting issues including but not limited to life changes, relationship issues, substance abuse, and lifelong depression and anxiety. My ideal client is one looking to achieve fulfillment in life and their relationships. I take a collaborative approach and use homework and other tools to help my clients achieve their goals. I take great pride in receiving feedback from current and past clients that I have a knack for connecting with my clients and making them feel safe, seen, and heard during our sessions.
