Now more than ever, there is such an importance for human connection and deeper reflection in society. I work with folks who are experiencing challenges navigating complex trauma (CPTSD), substance use issues, immigration, anxiety, depression, and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). I have extensive experience working with folks in the restaurant industry. Every individual client has a unique story and I prioritize cultivating connection alongside integrating therapeutic approaches to aid client's in navigating their specific challenges and therapeutic goals.
