The present world can be a beautiful and intriguing place-but when dealing with day to day stressors or mental health we tend to lose sight of this. With our never ending priority lists, it's easy to feel like we are a burden when we experience challenges, but I'm honored to hold space for you! I take your trust in me very seriously. My ideal client is an individual who is tired of carrying the weight of the ever changing world. Someone who needs to be heard and is motivated for change. Who is tired of feeling anxious or overwhelmed & is open to seeing a new way of coping. What would life look like if this changed? I have particular passion in working with women, the LGBTQ population, and individuals who identify as neurodivergent. My specialties are in religious trauma, eating disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and PTSD. In therapy we may explore where you developed certain patterns and how these keep you safe, and begin healing these parts.
