You have stopped on the right profile. I have 13+ years of experience working with a multitude of issues/needs. My main focus is with Grief, Loss and Recovery, which encompasses a wide variety of experiences. My philosophy is that your brain is going to go where it needs to go for the healing process, and I work within this process for the therapeutic experience. I utilize a variety of methods and work towards tailoring sessions to each person's specific needs. I mainly utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief, Loss and Recovery as well as EMDR for further exploration and working towards healing.
