I help women, transgender, and nonbinary individuals recover from betrayal by narcissistic and sociopathic abuse, as well as overall relational trauma from childhood, friendships, and romantic relationships. Long-term interpersonal trauma can lead to self-doubt, low self-esteem, guilt, confusion, and difficulty trusting others amongst other difficult mental health symptoms. In therapy together, we will explore your experience of relational trauma, its impact on your life, and create a path forward through empowerment, boundary setting, and learning how to trust yourself and others again.
