I am a Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) and a current PhD candidate at the University of Iowa. With specialized training in sexual health and extensive experience in sexuality education, I provide therapy for individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures, including polyamorous and consensually non-monogamous partnerships. My approach is holistic and solution-focused, integrating mental, physical, and sexual well-being to help clients strengthen intimacy, improve communication, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. I believe sexuality is a core part of being human and an important dimension of overall wellness. My role as a therapist is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where clients feel valued, respected, and understood. Together, we work toward growth, healing, and deeper connection in ways that align with your personal goals.
