My name is Amanda Gonzalez, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and a registered art therapist in the state of California and New Jersey. I utilize creative interventions to support my clients in understanding and expressing difficult emotions as well as discovering deeper aspects of their mental health. I am flexible in my approach as each person may benefit from a different style. However, I'm particularly interested in how the past plays a part in our current day experiences, and how we may free ourselves of unwanted (internal or external) burdens when we can understand their origin.
