I work with individuals and couples who want a down to earth approach to explore who they are, build healthier relationships, navigate parenting, explore more about themselves, or who just need some extra support. I use a humanistic, relational approach, which means our connection and trust is at the core of our work together. We’ll use evidence-based techniques, but in a way that feels conversational and connected, not like a lecture.
