My experiences include substance abuse, trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. My approach is rooted in empathy, aiming to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your struggles and work toward healing. I have extensive experience working with adults (18+) seeking support for addiction recovery and mental health. I’m dedicated to walking alongside both individuals in recovery and their loved ones, providing the tools, guidance, and encouragement necessary for lasting change.
