I believe everyone who walks into my office matters and I am honored for the chance to walk alongside them and hear their story. I use a Cognitive Behavioral approach to help my clients identify areas where negative thoughts and beliefs have taken root and equip them to replace those beliefs with truth in a way that allows them to move forward as their healthiest self. Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health, Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Additional Training: TF-CBT Certified, trained in Brainspotting, Sensiormotor Psychotherapy and EMDR.
