I'm Amanda, a licensed professional counselor and military veteran. I've been working one-on-one with clients since 2016. I work best with those ready to take ownership of their growth, whether the issue lies within themselves or others. I’ve worked with veterans, trauma survivors, individuals with substance use concerns, personality disorders, and neurodivergence. I help clients reconnect with themselves, set healthy boundaries, communicate effectively, and express emotions with clarity and confidence.
