Everyone has times where it feels like life is running them instead of them running life. It can be difficult to know how to choose the right therapist to guide you as you navigate and overcome these problems. I want to help others overcome traumatic life events. That desire motivated me to pursue a master’s degree in Social Work. I now have 16 years of experience offering individual counseling, with experience working with both adults and children ages 8 and up. I specialize in working with clients struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Art Therapy.
