It takes tremendous courage and strength to seek out therapy, I am honored that you are considering me to support you. I became a therapist to help provide hope by empowering my clients to reach their goals, identifying personal strengths, and developing healthy methods to cope with the challenges life gives us. Sessions are held in a comforting and compassionate environment and individualized for your expressed needs. I welcome clients ages 14 and up and specialize in supporting clients and/or the families of those who are struggling with perinatal mood disorders, addiction, codependency, anxiety, and depression.
