Hello! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 4 years. I believe in tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual, fostering a collaborative and empowering therapeutic relationship. My clients feel overwhelmed and confused as they go through challenging life transitions. Thus, I help adults struggling with stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves.
