I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina. Though I work with a variety of clients, my specialties include working with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as young adults and professionals. I completed my Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology at Elon University with minors in Spanish, International Studies, and Religious Studies. I went on to complete my Master of Social Work (MSW) at UNC-Chapel Hill. I use approaches such as mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and brief-treatment psychodynamic therapy.
