The constant pressures of daily life can leave us feeling stressed out, scared, and alone. At times our journey may become so overwhelming that we become hopeless and feel we cannot go on like this anymore. This can be an opportunity to reach out for guidance and support, recognizing we do not have to journey in isolation. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I will provide support and guidance to help you identify unhealthy thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that you can make positive and sustainable changes to improve your quality of life. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
