My passion for psychology began with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, followed by a Master's in Clinical Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Personal experiences with mental health have deeply shaped my understanding of how our thoughts, feelings, and experiences impact our well-being, especially in relation to trauma.
