The therapeutic relationship can be a rewarding experience, allowing clients to take what is learned in therapy and use it in everyday relationships and experiences. My goal is to provide a warm and supportive environment, in which we will work together to identify the factors contributing to stress and create a plan to develop coping skills and empowerment. I do this by helping you gain clarity into how your thoughts, feelings, or behaviors are impacting your life. I will also provide feedback and introduce skills to help you challenge negative thoughts, cope with troublesome feelings, or change behaviors.
