My aim as your counselor is to be a safe space where you feel heard & validated, with the goal of helping you cultivate tools that work to empower you for whatever challenges you're facing in life. I see clients from age 13+, and have experience working with older adults (60+), as well as in advocacy for survivors of interpersonal violence, sexual assault, & stalking. Whether you're struggling with depression/mood disorders, trauma, burnout, health conditions, anxiety, relational issues, or navigating the neurodivergent experience, I would love to help you tap into your strengths & resources to access greater healing and wholeness.
