Hey there! Welcome to my page! I love working with clients who are ready to begin creating their own positive change. You may not know what that means yet, but we can figure that out together. Over anything else, my main goal is to hold a safe and comfortable space for my clients to help them feel seen and heard. I'm a big believer in working together with my clients to determine the best course of treatment in sessions. I treat most presenting issues, with a special focus on individuals in/seeking romantic relationships, survivors of IPV, and educators with stress/anxiety/trauma.
