I offer in-person as well as virtual sessions! I have experience working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, as well as interpersonal relationship challenges. I am passionate about creating a safe environment in which we can explore what it means to heal. I believe this process takes time as childhood trauma, loss of self, and grief are often the sources of our pain and integrated into our ways of coping and sense of security.
