My job as a therapist is to make space for your stories, your values, and your authentic self. I have over a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults from a wide array of backgrounds and specialize in working with individuals contending with trauma, depression, anxiety, and/or suicidal ideation. Multiple treatment modalities inform my practice, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. I strongly believe, though, that the therapeutic relationship is the greatest predictor of progress.
