My ideal client is looking to build establish a 'village' and learn more about themselves in the process. I most enjoy working with people navigating identity and strengthening self esteem. Every person coming to therapy has their own unique needs, and seeks different outcomes from the counseling process, my style of therapy challenges the client to think critically, working self control, and increasing self-awareness, in order to affect positive change and realize true power.
