I am honored and grateful that you found your way to my page. I am here to walk beside you as you strip away the layers of yourself that no longer serve you to find the healing you are searching for. I am trauma focused, EMDR trained, and bring a creative perspective to the therapeutic process. I love working with women and children, but serve all populations. I also serve those with depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, and many other mental health disorders. I am strength orientated and will help you discover the best parts of yourself. I pride myself on accountability, honesty, and communication. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband and 5 children. I love gardening, writing, and spending time grounding myself on Mother Earth. I am a follower of Christ, which means I walk with love NOT perfection. I love to travel & learn about new cultures. I have worked with schools, churches, and special needs groups to enhance our communities.
