I specialize in working with adults dealing with a multitude of issues including: complex trauma/PTSD, dissociative disorders (DID), self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, interpersonal communication, adjustment/transitions and spirituality exploration. I feel it's important for my clients to feel safe and empowered as I walk alongside them on their journey to mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.
