About
Seeking therapy is often a meaningful and courageous step, especially if you’ve been carrying a lot on your own. You may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, weighed down by depression, struggling with your relationship with food or your body, or simply exhausted by the demands and stressors of everyday life. I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and grounded in genuine human connection. My goal is to offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood exactly as you are, and begin to make sense of what you’re experiencing. I am a licensed therapist who works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and everyday life stressors. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing eating disorders and disordered eating, including concerns around food, body image, control, self-worth, and difficulty managing intense emotions.
