About
Many of my clients are women navigating big life transitions—feeling anxious in relationships, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of who they’re becoming. Some carry shame or self-doubt around identity, intimacy, or self-worth. They long to feel grounded, confident, and more at ease in their own skin. I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space to explore challenges, heal old wounds, and reconnect with a fuller, more authentic sense of self. My ideal client may be struggling with anxiety, stress, or the lingering effects of trauma, and they’re ready to create meaningful change. They want a safe, compassionate space. I provide a trauma-informed space where healing can unfold safely and authentically. I support people navigating anxiety, life transitions, intimacy challenges, identity shifts, and the weight of shame or disconnection. My work integrates EMDR, IFS, DBT, and polyvagal theory to help clients feel more grounded and connected.
