Often times the first step to feeling better is simply the act of being heard and feeling truly understood. I have found continual reward in helping people navigate the most challenging and stressful times of their lives. I strongly believe that the quality of the therapeutic relationship directly effects an individual’s healing process, thus my primary goal is focused on developing and maintaining a safe, open, empathetic and trusting dynamic with each client I work with.
