I specialize in individual therapy for adults and couples counseling. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety and/or depression, pressures to be "enough" or perfectionism, burnout and feeling overwhelmed by the demands of their different roles in life. Couples I work with often grapple with how to manage conflict and communication while being both partners and parents in their relationship.
