I am a clinical therapist with over 10 years of social work experience. I understand that we all come to the world from unique and diverse perspectives, and often this can isolate us without help to navigate through difficult times. I specialize in teens and adults, especially those struggling with life transitions and adjustment disorders, peri/postpartum mothers, relationship issues, parenting, trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders and substance abuse.
