We live in uncertain times. You keep it together on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside. Maybe there's things from your past that affect you and you're ready to move forward. Or you're great at supporting others but caring for yourself is a challenge. I love my work as a counselor and it's an honor to support others with increasing self-compassion and feeling more empowered. The work isn't always easy, and clients say it's worth it when they see noticeable change. I specialize in working with transitions, sexual trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, outdoor professionals, childhood sexual abuse and women's issues. My background includes working with trauma survivors, college students, counselors, couples, groups, LGBTQIA+ folx and adults navigating career, identity or gender exploration. Since 2011, I've also been employed in the outdoor industry as a guide and instructor and am passionate about supporting other outdoor enthusiasts and outdoor trauma recovery.
