I am a licensed professional counselor with experience working with ADHD, addictions, and trauma. I believe everyone has what they need inside to heal. Taking the step to reach out is brave; paired with my resources, I know we could make a great team on your healing path. I am trained in EMDR and ketamine-assisted therapy. I also pursued additional certification for ADHD. I believe in a skill/tool-building approach to mental health, and I am comfortable incorporating breath work, meditation, art expression, and other forms of subconscious work to get clients unstuck.
