As a licensed therapist and board certified health coach, I have over 15 years of experience supporting teen and adult clients in the mental health and wellness space. Outside of work, I enjoy comic books, swimming, surfing, spending time in nature with my Goldendoodle, Ziggy Stardust, and watching the Great British Baking Show.
