About

As a licensed clinical social worker who has practiced over 20 years in a variety of settings, I believe in the individual's ability to rise above and evolve. My experience includes geriatric care management and guardianship, medical social work, K-12 school social work, home health care, dialysis, and psychotherapy. These experiences have shaped my client-centered healing approach. I incorporate mind-body therapy, Internal Family Systems, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and cognitive behavioral therapy as techniques to support self improvement, trauma processing, emotional regulation, and personal awareness.
