We all have a desire to feel comfortable in our body, to find fulfillment in relationships and work, and to create calm in our environment. These goals are not beyond our reach. For many of us, though, it may be difficult to identify what attitudes, beliefs, behaviors, and patterns detract from our ability to connect with ourselves and others. I work with adolescents and adults who are interested in understanding these factors and, furthermore, want to be intentional about making their unique desires a reality.
