I specialize in helping women, healers, intuitives heal trauma through body-based, nervous system–informed work, especially when talk therapy alone hasn’t felt helpful. Many of the women I work with say things like: “I don’t feel like myself anymore,” “I overgive and people-please,” “I’m stuck in perfectionism or burnout,” “My relationships feel hard,” “I’ve done therapy but I still feel dysregulated.” Trauma doesn’t just live in thoughts, it lives in the body. My work focuses on helping you feel safer inside yourself so you can reconnect with your emotions, boundaries, intuition, and sense of self for a life that feels authentic.
