Welcome! I’m Amanda, a neuro-affirming licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Walnut Creek, CA. I have nearly a decade of experience supporting ADHD individuals across the lifespan. As ADHD Certified Clinical Service Provider (ADHD-CCSP), I offer comprehensive support to parents and clients, helping them gain a deeper understanding of the neurodiverse brain and providing practical tools to foster more joy in their lives. People come to me when they feel they have exhausted all of their resources, feeling burnt out and discouraged. They want to improve their self-confidence, strengthen relationships, and cultivate joy.
