I serve couples and individuals age 13 through adulthood and into the geriatric years, providing treatment for trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, employment and vocational concerns, mood disorders, personality disorders, and changes in life circumstances. Areas of specialty include career counseling, leadership development, and all things related to disordered eating; body image problems related to diet culture, and weight stigma. I've had specialized training in the treatment of Eating Disorders and received training in many therapeutic modalities, utilizing many techniques: CBT, CPT, person-centered.
