Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck—aware of what they want to change, but unsure why the same patterns continue. I work with adults navigating anxiety, addiction, relational concerns, and emotional overwhelm who are ready for deeper insight and meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, human-focused, and depth-oriented. I am not here to tell you what to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and together we explore the how: how to shift patterns, heal what’s been carried, or let go of what no longer serves you. I specialize in working with motivated adults who feel blocked by long-standing emotional, relational, or behavioral patterns. Common areas of focus include anxiety, substance use and behavioral addictions, insecure attachment, trauma, and unresolved grief.
