I help individuals seeking deeper attunement with themselves, others, and their sense of purpose move towards more intentional living. Working with me is well-suited to those who are curious about how their unconscious patterns of relating show up and shape their inner and outer lives and those who are curious about the deeper functions of those patterns. If you have often felt like life is happening to you and would like more agency, I may be able to help. I am especially skilled at working with individuals who struggle with self-esteem, emotional reactivity, and trusting themselves.
