About

I am a person-centered, holistic therapist who views all of my clients as the expert to their own lives. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is most successful with the use of empathetic, compassionate, nonjudgmental communication between the counselor and the client(s). I enjoy incorporating an array of therapeutic techniques and approaches, as I believe all clients are beautifully unique. I am trained in brain spotting CBT, TF-CBT and DBT. In addition, I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist and an active member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. I am currently practicing under the directed experience and supervision of Lauren Vaughan-D'Angelo, LPC, CPCS as I work towards my Professional Counseling Licensure (LPC) in the state of GA.
