I work with clients of all genders and sexualities and help people find safety, clarity, and healing, maybe even for the first time. Together, we will work to untangle your struggles, cope with difficult situations, build supports for neurodiversity, process trauma, and work to understand who you are. Building a trusting and genuine relationship in therapy can lead towards a path of relief and growth, in an ever-changing and often chaotic world. There are many ways to think about the challenges in your life, and many aspects of life contributing to distress. We will work together to identify your strengths, discover coping skills that work for you, and explore your goals.
