I became a clinical social worker to work with survivors of interpersonal and sexual violence, but also enjoy working with a wide range of clients along with supervisory experience working with those seeking clinical supervision. If you are in the midst of transitions in your life, making choices that feel overwhelming, feel lost, or just need someone to support you through these challenging times I hope you reach out! I prioritize clinical relationships first and foremost through a lens of cultural humility, meeting my clients where they are. I enjoy working through challenges of self-perception and trauma using EMDR, TF-CBT, CPT, and mindfulness, recognizing emotional responses, anxiety triggers, and tailor coping strategies to help clients feel supported holistically.
