Hope. Empathy. Compassion. These are words I have come to know and love, lifting me up and getting me through darker days. More importantly, they have helped me help others! Life is incredibly beautiful, breath-taking, and amazing; it is fun and exciting. But life can also be devastating, cruel, and messy. We experience illness, heartbreak, loss, and grief. But along with that comes life, joy, memories, learning, and blessings. Even being a kid can be tough! My mission as a counselor is to meet you (or your child) wherever you are in life, offer empathy, listen, show compassion, and ensure you never lose hope. As a former educator/school counselor with a Master of Science in Clinical and School Counseling, I have almost 15 years of experience helping students with emotional regulation, social skill development, problem solving, relationship building, and coping. I have also been working in the clinical field for a few years, helping all ages and phases of life.
