The goal being some kind of relief and perhaps awakening you to other perspectives that might create a better understanding. We all hope for healthier relationships with self, others & God. My areas of clinical experience are adoption, grief, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, marriage and couples counseling, women's fertility issues, divorce, ADHD & OCPD. I am certified as a facilitator in Prepare & Enrich and enjoy working with couples using Emotion Focused Therapy. I am also trained in EMDR and offer that approach to those with trauma.
